Kicking Off the Semester

On September 1st new students were introduced to Teachers College at the New Student Orientation.
On September 1st new students were introduced to Teachers College at the New Student Orientation. The day was full of helpful and pertinent information. It extended through Labor Day with events such as a writing workshop, city tours, shopping trips, and a night on the town in NYC. Tuesday morning was host to a 5K run through Central Park with Columbia President Lee Bollinger. Orientation ended on Tuesday, September 5th with a full day packed with important information for the new students as they embarked on their first year at Teachers College.
