TC has added two new Trustees to its Board, Pat Green and Christopher Williams. Green, a TC alumna who holds an M.A. in Curriculum and Teaching, is a former New York City public school teacher and the widow of the late Congressman S. William Green, who from 1978 to 1992 represented the district that included Manhattan's Upper East Side. She's a longstanding supporter of TC and has served on both the Alumni Council and the President's Advisory Council. Green has helped to renovate the campus and is a generous supporter of The Campaign for Educational Equity. She's also a Barnard graduate and a former Chair of the Barnard Board of Trustees. Williams holds an M. B. A. in Finance from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University. He is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Williams Capital Group, L.P. and Williams Capital Management, LLC. His career includes nine years of experience with Lehman Brothers in New York, where he was Senior Vice-President. In 2002 and 2005, Williams was selected by Fortune magazine as one of the most powerful minority businesspeople in America. He serves on the boards of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc.; Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; The Partnership for New York City; and the Securities Industry Association.
