Thomas Bailey on Community College Budget Cuts

Thomas Bailey, director of TC's Community College Research Center, told Inside Higher Ed that "across-the-board" budget cuts at community colleges "don't make sense," and that cuts should be mitigated by "coordinating and consolidating" existing programs, especially in remedial learning.
