Tisch Food Center in the News

Faculty and students weigh in on the importance of nutrition ed in schools and on conscientious meat consumption.

Tisch Food Center Executive Director Pam Koch and doctoral student Renata Peralta call for increased support for nutrition education, particularly in light of the upcoming Child Nutrition Act Reauthorization. (Huffington Post 10/22/14)
