Office Hours
Our office works hybrid schedule hours from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Please note, during the Summer, the Office of the Bursar will close at 1:00 pm on Fridays.
The Bursar Office Window is open from Monday - Thursday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, and 1 PM to 3:30 PM for in-person tuition payments only.
The College will be closed from December 25th, 2025 until January 1st, 2026. The Bursar Window will resume operations on Monday, January 5th, 2026.
Students wanting to discuss their student account can call (212) 678-3056, email bursar@tc.columbia.edu, or request a video call.
If you are interested in scheduling a video call with a staff member from the Bursar Office, representatives will be available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12pm - 3pm by appointment only. Please email your appointment request to bursar@tc.columbia.edu in order to receive an appointment date and time confirmation with a secure password protected meeting link.
