Personal Narrative

Lou Chrostowski is an executive coach and consultant whose extensive experience in talent management and strong academic credentials provides him a platform to provide strategically driven leadership and organizational development work to his clients. 

For over 30 years, Lou’s passion has been to work with leaders, senior executives, and high potentials to improve both individual performance and organizational effectiveness. Lou focuses on working with organizations and individuals to develop inspiring visions, build collaborative relationships, lead high performing teams, and to develop, execute and achieve business objectives aligned with organizational strategy.  Lou’s clients include such organizations as Columbia Investment Management, Peak6/weeseed.com, Dwight Asset Management, and Bank of America.

Prior to joining Karlin Sloan & Company, Lou was a senior executive in Human Resources at Old Mutual Asset Management, Putnam Investments, and Litton Industries. In these roles, Lou’s was responsible for developing and implementing Human Resource strategy, with an emphasis on talent management and development. Through this experience Lou developed a knowledge and understanding of taking a holistic approach to executive development, and the importance of how culture, corporate values, succession planning, and business strategy impact an executive’s success.  Lou has been described as “an organizational savvy, empathetic and values driven individual, who rapidly establishes trust and confidence in order to focus on the client’s agenda”.
