How To Reserve Items as a New User

Please contact College Events at tcinvite@tc.edu to create a staff member account (if your department or program doesn’t already have one) with the following information: 

  1. Email Address. This email should be accessible by anyone who will be requesting items for your department/program.
  2. Index Number. Required in case of lost, damaged or soiled items (there is a $10 cleaning fee per linen).
  3. Department or Program name.

A confirmation email will be sent once the account has been created.

Please be sure to make your request for lendable items at least 3 business days prior to your event.

Note: Supplies are limited and are loaned on a first-come first-served basis. You're able to view availability of items on EZOfficeInventory.  During the period close to Convocation lendables may be limited due to the number of events scheduled across the College

FAQ

When can I pick up and return my items?

All borrowed items should be placed for pick up at least 3 business days prior to event by 12pm and return the next day by 12pm. There are no pick ups or returns on Fridays.

Where do I pick up?

Across from our main office in ZB23D.

Who can pick up?

Staff and/or faculty the reservation is under.

When do I need to place a work-order with facilities?

After furniture items have been approved by College Events, you will need to submit a request with the Facilities Department to pick up and drop off furniture in their respective storage sites.
