Get Involved

Students who are involved in their school community are more likely to be satisfied with their graduate school experience, persist to graduation, and become leaders in their profession. The Office of Student Affairs at TC offers students many opportunities to participate in programs inside and outside the classroom, by way of our student organizations (web link coming soon!) and a wide variety of OSA-sponsored events to assist our students in achieving their goals.

Teachers College Student Affairs is comprised of several offices - Access & Services for Individuals with Disabilities, Career Education & Professional Development, International Services and the Registrar - in addition to our main hub, the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), which oversees a plethora of resources, services and on-campus engagement opportunities for our new and returning students. By way of our Programs, Practices and Policies, our department will strive to make a positive difference in your graduate student experience at Teachers College.

Members of the OSA team encourage the TC student body to become familiar with the many programs and services designed to enhance the graduate student experience at Teachers College.  Alongside academic studies in the classroom, Teachers College students have many out-of-class opportunities to engage peers and persons with diverse cultural experiences, to examine new philosophies, to develop new interests and skills, and to prepare for active participation in a rapidly changing global society. The Office of Student Affairs staff stands ready to assistour students in these endeavors.

On behalf of all areas within TC Student Affairs, we wish you a successful academic year ahead.
