Connect ALL is a peer support initiative available to new or transitioning students in the masters and doctoral programs in Adult Learning and Leadership. This initiative is intended to help new or transitioning students with integration into the culture of the program and the field. Each individual is matched with a current student or an alumnus, referred to as the Peer Connector, who acts as an informal guide to help with navigating and negotiating the program and Teachers College, and answering any emergent questions. Peer Connectors are all volunteers who have offered to provide new students with a personal welcome as well as ongoing friendship. The objective is to expand the network and aid in successful integration.
