Summer Friday Announcement!
Dear TC Community,
I am excited to announce that the College will observe "Summer Fridays" from May 26th to September 1st. As in the past, the campus will operate from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Fridays. We encourage employees to use this opportunity to unwind and engage in fun, restorative, or relaxing activities. In addition, the College administration has approved an early closure this year on Monday, July 3, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
Concurrent with the above operational hours for summer Fridays, the Office of Human Resources hours are adjusted from May 26 through September 1, 2023, as follows:
Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm
Fridays, 9 am - 1 pm (remote only)
For onboarding and I-9 verifications, our walk-in hours will be Monday thru Thursday, 10 am – 4 pm. If there is a time-sensitive need for an appointment on a summer Friday, please contact us.

As a reminder, please review the additional guidance for Full Time Staff below:
If you work until 1:00 pm on those Fridays, it will be considered a full day.
If you are a full-time hourly employee and have questions about how to record the hours between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm on your timesheet, please speak with your direct supervisor.
If you take the day off (for vacation, sick, or a personal day), you should still record 7 hours of leave time.

Our goal was to communicate these changes early and enable sufficient time for you to plan your summer.
