Adult Guided Intensive Study

The Adult Education Guided Intensive Study (AEGIS) program is a structured, accelerated cohort program designed to lead to the Ed.D. in Adult Learning and Leadership in the Department of Organization and Leadership. The program spans seven consecutive academic semesters, allowing you to complete your doctoral studies through an intensive, cohort-based experience.

Tuition and Fees

AEGIS offers an alternative flat-rate tuition structure, with tuition divided evenly across the program’s seven semesters. This approach provides a predictable tuition cost throughout the cohort.

The estimated tuition for the Summer 2026–Summer 2028 AEGIS cohort is $14,867 per semester, for an estimated total program tuition of $104,069.
