The RO-MAN 2016 interactive session provides a great opportunity for authors to present their early-stage research, late breaking results, prototypes and products to symposium attendees. We encourage submissions also from authors of paper submissions. We will provide a poster and demonstration area in which you will be able to showcase your best interactive experiences. Our goal is to provide a highly interactive forum for lively discussions and hands-on experiences.
Copyright to RO-MAN 2016 interactive session is retained by the authors. However, submissions that include an extended abstract will be included in the Proceedings of the RO-MAN 2016 USB, so other researchers are able to read, and cite them.
TEMPLATES AND SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
Extended abstracts can be submitted in either IEEE (download a template: LaTeX (http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/tex.php) or MS-Word (http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/word.php) or free format. If the free format is used, the extended abstract should include title, list of authors with affiliations.
*The proposal must be submitted via the Papercept submission site.*
Submissions should not exceed 2 pages.
The maximum file size of PDF is 2 MB.
