Danielle Kipnis

Danielle Kipnis is a doctoral student in the Applied Exercise Physiology program at Teachers College, Columbia University. She received her BS in Dance and English from Northwestern University and MA in Applied Exercise Physiology at Teachers College. Her research focus at TC is on the effects of movement and yoga for neurodegenerative disorders, emotional traumas, and physical pain.

Danielle teaches yoga throughout NYC, in private and group settings, and is also the artistic director of a contemporary dance company.
