Here are some frequently asked questions about the Printmaking Art Studio. If you have any additional questions that are not on this list, please email printmaking@tc.columbia.edu.
General Studio
The Printmaking Studio is located in Macy 56 & 58 (basement of the Macy Building).
Community Printmaking Program
The Community Printmaking Program is an open-level skill-based community program that focuses on different aspects of printmaking processes: lithography, woodblock, etching, and silkscreen.
Courses in the Community Printmaking Program are open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Current TC-matriculated students are ineligible.
For the Fall and Spring semester, courses typically last for 13 weeks and meet for 2 hours. For the Summer semester, courses typically last for 10 weeks and meet for 2.5 hours. Special Topics courses range in length and duration.
