Rooms Are Being Held for Conference Attendees!

We have reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels, which will be offered to participants at reduced rates between February 25 - 27, 2016.  When calling to make your reservation, please mention that you are a registrant for the Winter Roundtable. This will enable you to receive the discounted price. The hotels may require that one night's stay be placed on your credit card to ensure your reservation. Please note that the room costs will return to their regular prices after the mentioned cut-off dates.  Also, please note that the Roundtable is not responsible for securing housing accommodations for conference attendees.

Built in 1903 in an ornate beaux arts style, this turreted brick hotel in the Upper

West Side is a block from Riverside Park and a 10-minute walk from the Natural

History Museum.

Marrakech Hotel

This colorful budget hotel with a Moroccan theme is on the Upper West Side, a block from the subway and a 10-minute walk to Central Park. The modern rooms all have en suite bathrooms, a/c, flat-screen TVs with cable channels and free WiFi; some have brick accents.

* Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled in writing or via direct phone call to the hotel and according to the following guidelines. (7 days or more prior to arrival – No penalty), (2 – 6 days prior to arrival – 50% of total reservation will be charged 0 – 1 days of arrival – 100% of total reservation will be charged)
