Teachers College Events manages an inventory of event supplies for all college students to borrow including branded back drops & tablecloths, decorative cloths, white boards, placemats and many other useful items. Over the summer we purchased new branded backdrops and tablecloths which you will want to check out. To access what we have to lend, please click on this link. Things to Keep in Mind

• You're able to view availability of items on EZOfficeInventory.  
• To ensure you will be able to borrow what you need for your event, book as soon as possible but at least 3 business days before your event. 
• Supplies are limited and are loaned on a first-come first-served basis. 
• Please note that students are not eligible to borrow or pick up/return lendables. 
• There is no cost to borrow anything unless it is damaged or if linen is returned dirty and requires cleaning. The linen cleaning fee is $10 per linen. 
• During the period close to Convocation lendables may be limited due to the number of events scheduled across the College. There are no pick ups available between May 7 and May 23, 2025.
