Please contact College Events at tcinvite@tc.edu to create a staff member account (if your department or program doesn’t already have one) with the following information:
A confirmation email will be sent once the account has been created.
Note: Supplies are limited and are loaned on a first-come first-served basis. You're able to view availability of items on EZOfficeInventory. During the period close to Convocation lendables may be limited due to the number of events scheduled across the College.
There are no pick ups available between May 6 and May 17.
All borrowed items should be placed for pick up at least 3 business days prior to event by 12pm and return the next day by 12pm. There are no pick ups or returns on Fridays.

Staff and/or faculty the reservation is under.
After furniture items have been approved by College Events, you will need to submit a request with the Facilities Department to pick up and drop off furniture in their respective storage sites.
