TC Catering Policy: Columbia Dining is the College’s preferred caterer with on-site staff to providing both drop-off service and full-scale events. In a scenario where you need to use an alternate provider, please be familiar with the updated College Catering Policy.

Once space has been assigned for your event, meeting, conference etc. and the space set up has been determined (planners can contact College Events for input if desired), the planner should 1) complete a Facilities work order and complete and turn in the attached form 7 days before the event. If the set up is complicated, please contact Kevin Waldron to review the details.
