Dr. Isobel Contento moderated the “George M. Briggs Nutrition Science Symposium - Toward Sustainable Diets: Current Evidence and Future Challenges”

Dr. Pam Koch moderated the session on “Food Literacy as an Essential Framework for Nutrition Educators”

Dr. Koch led a conversation to synthesize information on sustainable diets presented during George Briggs’ and Bee Marks’ sessions.

And finally, Dr. Contento began her second year as president of the SNEB Foundation, and Dr. Koch began her term as Vice President of the Society.
