Callie Troutman, the Tisch Food Center’s policy scholar, led a team of advocates from New York and Georgia to visit with staff from the following four offices:

• Rep. John Faso (NY-19)
• Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (NY-18)
• Senator David Perdue (GA)
• Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (NY)

The Farm Bill Advocacy Day drew around 42 participants who were able to reach 40 offices across both houses of Congress, spreading a message of the importance of nutrition education.
