2024-2025 Loan Change Request Form: If you need to make any adjustments to your federal student loans, please use this form. 2024-2025 Scholarship Appeal Form: Use this form to request additional scholarship funding. Please note that the submission of this request does not guarantee approval.

2024-2025 Scholarship Redistribution Form:  Use this form to change the disbursement schedule of your scholarship. You may not move scholarship funds from one academic year to another. 2024-2025 Scholarship Redistribution Form

2025-2026 Budget Adjustment Form: Submit this form if you are requesting to have your estimated cost of attendance (COA) reviewed and potentially increased. Submitting this form may allow for an increase to your federal student loan. Additionally, you will be required to attach supporting documentation, such as receipt of payment(s), with your request. If approved, your signed request will authorize the Office of Financial Aid to process additional Federal Direct Loan funds up to the maximum amount available to you (contingent on your eligibility). Please note that submission of a budget adjustment form does not guarantee approval.

2025-2026 Federal Work-Study Waitlist Form: Submit this form if you were not offered Federal Work-Study (FWS) and would like to be added to the waitlist for consideration. Please note that FWS funds are allocated by the Department of Education and awarded to students on a first-come, first-serve basis; therefore, submission of this request does not guarantee funding for the academic year. 

2025-2026 Loan Change Form: Submit this form if you would like to adjust your student loan amount. Requests can only be submitted while the semester is in progress, as we are not permitted to process requests for a loan period once it has ended. Additionally, if you are looking to decrease or cancel a loan that has already been disbursed to your student account, you must submit this request within forty-five (45) days from the disbursement date. Please note that decreasing or cancelling a loan that has been disbursed to your student account may result in a balance, and any outstanding balance must be paid directly to the Bursar's Office.

2025-2026 Scholarship Appeal Form: Submit this form if you would like to appeal for institutional scholarship aid. Please note that scholarship aid can only be applied directly to tuition costs, at the TC tuition rate, and may not cover other costs such as fees, health insurance, housing, etc. You are permitted to submit one appeal per semester by the deadline listed below. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee approval.

2025-2026 Scholarship Redistribution Form:  Submit this form only if you would like to reallocate a portion of our scholarship aid for the academic year. Please note that scholarship aid received via tuition exemption (e.g., administrative fellowship and/or research or teaching assistantships) as well as stipend aid cannot be reallocated to another semester within the academic year. Additionally, scholarship aid cannot be reallocated to another academic year as stated in our scholarship terms and conditions.

If you need an IRS tax return transcript for FAFSA verification purposes, please follow these steps:

1. Visit www.irs.gov and select the “Get Your Tax Record” option. You may request a transcript online or by mail. Important: Be sure to request the IRS Tax Return Transcript and not the “IRS Tax Account Transcript."

2. Once received, submit a copy to the Office of Financial Aid. Important: For security, you may redact your social security number from the document before submitting it for verification.
