Fulbright Teacher and Administrator Exchange Sponsored by the United States Department of State, the Fulbright Teacher and Administrator Exchange Program arranges direct one-to-one classroom exchanges to over thirty countries for teachers at the elementary, secondary, two-year and four-year college levels. Administrators can participate in six-week shadowing experiences in nine different countries. The annual application deadline is October 15 for the following year's program.
