Mayor Bloomberg to Speak at Columbia University

Mayor Michael Bloomberg will deliver the keynote address to open "Job Creation and Workforce Development: An International Summit" which will be held at Columbia University on June 25, 2009 from 8:30 A.M.- 9:30 A.M. in the Rotunda of Low Memorial Library, which is at 535 West 116th Street. Mayor Michael Bloomberg will deliver the keynote address to open "Job Creation and Workforce Development: An International Summit" which will be held at Columbia University on June 25, 2009 from 8:30 A.M.- 9:30 A.M. in the Rotunda of Low Memorial Library, which is at 535 West 116th Street.

New York City Global Partners, Inc., OECD's Local Economic and Employment Development Programme and Columbia University will convene this Summit, which will bring together governmental leaders, policy professionals, and renowned intellectuals from 21 nations.  During the Summit's public program, New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and leaders from around the world will discuss programmatic solutions and implementation strategies that strengthen the urban workforce.
