Program Description

Prepare for impactful, purposeful, and innovative leadership with the online Doctorate of Education in Executive Leadership program. This program empowers leaders to cultivate dynamic culture, inspire motivated performance, and activate meaningful change, all while navigating organizational complexity. Designed for senior-level professionals seeking advanced leadership skills, the flexible cohort-based degree can be completed in as few as three years. Curriculum, informed by multidisciplinary research and practice, covers topics in education leadership, adult learning, social-organizational psychology, research and inquiry, and organizational change. In this program you will find:

      The Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership includes courses in education and leadership, adult learning, social-organizational psychology, research and inquiry, and organizational change.
