Kate W. Brittain
Associate Vice President, Enrollment Management & Chief Admission Officer

Kate joined Teachers College in November 2021 and currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management, overseeing the Office of Admission and Enrollment Management Marketing and Communications. She also spearheads effective cross-college collaborations between Enrollment Management, academic departments, and campus partners to strategically shape the incoming class and meet institutional enrollment goals. She brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, having served in development, alumni relations, and undergraduate admissions, most recently serving as the Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Rutgers University – New Brunswick. Kate earned her B.A. in History/Psychology from Rutgers University - New Brunswick and her M.S. in Public Administration from Villanova University. She lives in NJ with her husband, son and two incredibly high maintenance French bulldogs – Ollie and Charlie! When she’s not hard at work you will most likely find her striking a yoga pose, binge-watching a Netflix series, cheering on her favorite college athletic teams, or spending precious time with family.
Megan R. Massaro
Executive Director, Offices of the Registrar & Financial Aid

Megan Massaro is the Executive Director of Enrollment Management, where she oversees the Offices of the Registrar and Financial Aid. With nearly five years of experience at Teachers College, she deeply appreciates the dynamic environment and the wonderful colleagues she collaborates with. Megan has dedicated roughly 20 years to higher education, having previously worked in both the SUNY and CUNY systems, as well as Montclair State University in New Jersey. Originally from Brooklyn, she has called Upper Manhattan home for the past two decades. In her free time, Megan enjoys playing flag football and attending as many New York Mets games as possible.
