Fernando Masterson is a strategic marketing and arts professional with a passion for driving engagement in the performing arts. He currently serves as the Director of Marketing at New York City Center, where he is responsible for $11M+ in annual ticketed revenue and $1.6M+ in advertising and marketing-related expenses. He has dedicated his career to managing marketing campaigns and communications strategies for producing, presenting, and service-oriented performing arts institutions across the country, including Ars Nova, The Drama League, The Public Theater, The Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and more. In addition to his work in the field, Fernando teaches “Marketing the Arts” at Baruch College, dedicated to sharing his expertise and insight to the next generation of arts marketers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida.
