Scholarly Interests

I am interested in how ethics and philosophy shape leadership practices, particularly in moments of social and political crisis. My research also examines dialogic and democratic organizational structures, and their impact on poltical agency and student voice. I have a backround teaching courses centered on access and equity in school settings, educational ethics, the politics of school leadership, research methods, and humanistic inquiry.
