The deadline for submitting the October 2026 Certification Examination form is Thursday, September 3, 2026. The deadline for submitting the February 2027 Certification Examination is from Monday, November 9th, 2026 through Thursday, January 21, 2027. The deadline for submitting the June 2026 Certification Examination is from Monday, March 29, 2027 through Friday, May 21, 2027.
