Dr. Deanna Kuhn (author of Building Our Best Future: Thinking Critically About Ourselves and Our World, written for young teens) and a team of Teachers College graduate students hosted a Debate and Decision-Making Workshop for Middle-Schoolers.  The students spent time investigating two issues deeply. They formulated reasons for different sides of the issues and worked with evidence to develop an arguement for or against the issue.  Each issue culminated in a showdown debate between the students.  It was a great week of learning and fun.

We are super proud of the work these kid's did during their school break. 

Workshops were held Feb. 19th-22nd,  Tues., Weds., Thurs., and Fri., from 9am-3pm.
