Mission & Vision

Our mission is to foster a collaborative and fair environment within the College by serving as a dedicated forum for full-time (non-union) staff to engage in meaningful dialogue on issues impacting our community. Through active participation in college-wide committees and subcommittees, we advocate for the interests of full-time (non-union) staff, support their professional growth, and enhance their work-life experience. We aim to create a supportive network that empowers staff and contributes to the College’s overall success and advancement.
