Support

Support, lead, or collaborate on initiatives designed to enhance the overall staff experience by focusing on:

  • Wellness and Belonging
    • Promote programs that support the overall person, such as mental health, physical and financial wellness, a sense of community, and connection. Programs include: the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), the TC Buddy Program, and SASC general membership opportunities.
    • Communication – SASC communicates via various outreach initiatives, including targeted newsletters, event invitations, TC Engage, and social media (@tc_sasc).
  • Professional Development
    • Partner with TCHR to support and coordinate learning opportunities and career development resources. - LinkedIn learning, professional development fund
  • Recognition and Celebration
    • Recognize staff contributions through serving on the Long Term Recognition Ceremony (LTRC) or Staff Appreciation & Wellness Week(s) committees, and hosting/co-hosting of staff community-building events.
  • Resource Awareness:
    • Ensure staff are aware of, have access to, and routinely utilize relevant tools, benefits, and support systems
