TC Catering Policy: The College Catering Policy states that CulinArt is the exclusive caterer on campus and as such they maintain the first right of refusal to provide service in all campus buildings for all catering that occurs during regular operating hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.). Duplicating Services
Teachers College Document Services would welcome the opportunity to work with you in preparation for conferences or meetings that will be held at, or in conjunction with the College. Signage, invitations, programs, PowerPoint printouts are just some of the services offered at reasonable rates. The department does not have graphic designers on staff but can recommend one for your project.

Facilities
Once space has been assigned for your event, meeting, conference etc. and the space set up has been determined (planners can contact College Events for input if desired), the planner should 1) complete a Facilities work order and complete and turn in the attached form 7 days before the event. If the set up is complicated, please contact Kevin Waldron to review the details.
