To establish Teachers College as an institution that actively attracts, supports and retains diverse students, faculty and staff at all levels, demonstrated through its commitment to social justice, its respectful and vibrant community and its encouragement and support of each individual in the achievement of their full potential.
Since the issuance of the Diversity Taskforce Report in 1999, the College community has engaged in numerous diversity and community activities. This site serves as a multimedia display of these initiatives and functions as a resource to all constituents of the TC Community. We encourage suggestions, comments, dialogue, and connected understandings.
