Join Tanisha Jain (M.A. ’19), Robert Louis-Charles (M.A. ’19) and Carlos Osuna (Ed.D. ’22) from TC3 (Training + Coaching 3), to discover how to turn knowledge of your strengths, accomplishments, and visions for the future into your brand. Discovering a personal and professional brand will help you navigate a job search, hone your interviewing skills and set goals for the future.

As a consultant and a coach, Tanisha Jain is driven by enabling individuals to thrive and live in alignment with themselves and others around them, as well as facilitating transformative experiences. She is the CEO and Co-founder of TC3.

Robert Louis-Charles’ professional journey encompasses almost two decades of leading personal and professional transformations within individuals, teams, and organizations to flourish in an increasingly complex world. He now spearheads this work as the Co-Founder of several wellness-based businesses, including TC3. These ventures support individuals from all walks of life, to learn even more about themselves.

Carlos Osuna is a doctoral candidate in the Adult Learning & Leadership program and has also served as a Career Coach and Advisor at TC. He is a co-founder of TC3. As a recipient of the Gates Millennium Scholarship and the first of his family to attend college, Carlos is inspired to improve the way learning is designed by advocating for the needs of the learners through the lens of culture and context.
