Dr. Edmund W. Gordon, who recently turned 103, is renowned for his groundbreaking theory on the achievement gap and the transformative role of supplementary education. As a founder of Head Start and pioneering figure in education, social justice and psychology, Dr.Gordon’s work has redefined educational equity and continues to shape the field.
