Please join us for the national launch of Punished for Dreaming: How School Reform Harms Black Children and How We Heal

By Bettina L. Love, William F. Russell Professor of Education, Teachers College, Columbia University

In her new book, best-selling author Bettina Love explores “the impact of 40 years of racist public school policy on a generation of Black lives” through her own story and the stories of two dozen of her peers. Offering a roadmap for repair, Love makes the case for reparations and the opportunity of transformation for all children.
