Restoration is a contemplative experience supporting our bodies and mind to find the small places of rest.

About this event

Restoration is a contemplative experience in supporting our bodies and mind to find the small places of rest within and around us amid challenging times. Elana Bell and Ben Brown will use sound, movement, breath, and reflection to guide our nervous systems into areas of expansion, relaxation, and resilience. Come receive nourishment and practices to support your wellbeing in community with other educators.

  • Tennis ball to use for some of the stretching exercises (optional)
