Cardio Kickboxing | Kick with purpose and throw jabs through a combination of boxing, martial arts, and body conditioning exercises. Our cardio kickboxing class feels more like a party than a workout. This is a non-stop, cardio workout that will tone your entire body and leave you sweating at the end.
