Dr. Nicole Furlonge, Klingenstein Family Chair Professor of Practice in Education and Executive Director of the Klingenstein Center at Teachers College, invites participants to explore a powerful question: How might we listen to lead amid conflict? Practice Listening Leadership—a repertoire of artful, adaptive strategies informed by her book Race Sounds. This interdisciplinary, multimodal experience draws on music, literature, and leadership frameworks to cultivate deeper, more empathetic leadership.
