Learning With Loved Ones

At Hollingworth Preschool we use the inclusive term loved one to represent the specific adult who is present with each child, recognizing your loved one may be a parent, a caregiver, a grandparent, or anyone else who is caring for your child. This is a loved one participatory program. Our intention is to present activities for toddlers and their loved ones to explore together, providing a space for loved ones to simply be present with the children as they explore different textures and materials. We also share the authors and pedagogy that influence our philosophy, hoping you will be similarly inspired.
