February 15, 2026 - Last day to voluntarily enroll/petition to waive the Columbia Plan for new Spring 2026 students only.

August 15, 2026 - 2026-2027 Columbia Plan begins

*Students that are graduating in May 2026 and are on the 2025-2026 Columbia Plan will have coverage until 8/14/26 at 11:59 PM ET.

September 30, 2026 - Last day to voluntarily enroll/petition to waive the Columbia Plan for 2026-2027 year.
