The SfAA promotes the study of human behavior and the application of this knowledge to real-world challenges. SfAA is recognized as the leading international organization in its field. Today, the SfAA has grown to over 2,000 members and supports two major journals, Human Organization and Practicing Anthropology, along with a Monograph Series and occasional special publications.
Each spring, the SfAA hosts a large and dynamic Annual Meeting, offering a space for in-depth discussions, professional networking, and knowledge exchange. The next Annual Meeting will be held from March 17-21, 2026 in Albuquerque, with the theme "The Everyday Practice of Applied Anthropology."
We congratulate Dr. Brondo on this wonderful achievement!
