    • Announcement to TC community
    • Self-study webpage
  • First joint meeting of the Steering Committee and working groups
  • Working group meetings to identify criteria of interest and supporting evidence (documents, policies, and procedures)
Spring 2024
  • Remote meeting with MSCHE staff liaison
  • Draft the Self-Study Design document for the MSCHE’s approval
  • MSCHE staff liaison Self-Study Prep Visit to campus
  • Working groups create outlines and compile/review evidence
  • Steering Committee reviews the Self-Study Design document and working groups’ outlines

Summer 2024

  • Revisions and acceptance of Self-Study Design
Fall 2024
  • Steering Committee meets to discuss and plan for semester draft submission by each working group
  • Working groups meet to review evidence and draft reports (due end of November)
  • Steering Committee meets to discuss the drafts and raise questions for the next iteration of the working group reports
Spring 2025
  • Steering Committee meets to discuss and plan for final draft submission by each working group
  • Working groups meet to revise and finalize group reports (due end of April)
  • Steering Committee meets to review the working group reports and draft the Self-Study Report
  • Self-Study Evaluation Team Chair chosen
  • Visit dates chosen
  • Accepted Self-Study Design sent to Chair
Summer 2025
  • The draft of the Self-study report prepared for campus review.
  • Verification of Compliance and Evidence Inventory completed
Fall 2025
  • Campus review of the Self-Study report

  • Final Self-Study Report/ Verification of Compliance/Evidence Inventory uploaded to MSCHE portal (six weeks before team visit)

June/November 2026
  • Commission meets to determine action
  • Visits conducted after April 15 are acted on by the Commission at the November meeting
