COMMUNITY PRINTMAKING PROGRAM
The Art and Art Education Program at Teachers College, Columbia University is dedicated to preparing art educators, teacher educators, and leaders in visual arts education. As a part of one of the leading graduate schools of education in the world, TC Printmaking has a long, vibrant history, hosting a wide variety of students and artists with diverse backgrounds.
The fall 2025 iteration of TC's Community Printmaking Program provides 14 weeks of studio access to printmakers with previous experience. Tuition also subsidizes studio monitorship, participation in one workshop, and limited material access. The fall Community Printmaking session will run September 11—December 4, 2025. More information will be shared when the application opens on August 17.
PLEASE NOTE: This studio access program is not a course, and prior printmaking experience is required. Matriculating TC Students are ineligible to participate Community Printmaking Program. Admission to the program is determined based on logistical considerations like studio capacity and equipment/process availability. Nonacceptance does not denote an evaluation of the applicant's practice or work.
