Feedback: Foundations for High-Impact Coaching, Consulting, and Talent Development

January 9-10, 2025
Feedback: Foundations for High-Impact Coaching, Consulting, and Talent Development

Program Description:

Adult learning, leadership, and human resources development is a broad and expansive field with promising prospects for the employment landscape. For example, according to IBISWorld the professional business coaching industry employed 114,078 in the U.S. during 2023 and expected to continue to grow for the next 5 years. Zippia Career Experts estimated over 28,542 facilitators were employed in the U.S. 2022 (based on BLS, Census, and Job Opening Data); and also estimated over 105,963 human resources business partners employed in the U.S. in 2023 with more than 103,520 active job openings at that time.

Feedback is an essential component of nearly all the roles outlined above, yet while the topic of feedback is addressed in a variety of courses, this course seeks to devote its sole focus to this critical skill. Furthermore, feedback has a range of applications ranging from being a critical phase of the coaching process, to performance management, and a range of learning interventions.

This 2-Day, 1-Credit workshop is targeted for current TC students, alums, and non-credit professionals operating in the adult learning, leadership, and human resources development space.
