Dear Students,
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide educational opportunities and support through Advancing Community Together (ACT), we are pleased to announce the below Listening Session for TC students.
This session will offer a group of students an opportunity to confidentially share, listen and learn from one another about any concerns or questions you may have during these uncertain times. Topics focused on executive orders and policies under the new Presidential administration may be broached, and we invite and encourage you to engage in open discussion and dialogue.
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. This session is intentionally small, no more than 30 participants, so that it can be meaningful and interactive. Our registration form includes a way to let us know of your interest even when we reach capacity, which helps inform future programming.

In recognition that these are very challenging times for many of our community members, we want to remind you of resources we have available for individual support:
- Students may contact Student Support & Advocacy (SSA) by completing this contact form or contact Columbia University's Counseling and Psychological Services for counseling and mental health support.
- Should you have a concern or need assistance or would like to express a concern for another, please make a referral through our TC CARES group.
- All TC community members can contact Columbia University’s Office of Religious Life for religious and spiritual support.
Please continue to reference the ACT website for current information, and we look forward to communicating about new programming and opportunities over the months ahead.
Thank you for joining us in these efforts.
Sincerely,
