Programming

To fulfill TR@TC's mission, we need to look at gaps and inequities, ask difficult questions about structural racism, and facilitate dialogues involving diverse perspectives within the educational environment. In partnership with organizations that focus on the long-term wellness of our teachers and students, we assist our teachers in building their skills so that they can deliver solutions centered on racial equity and equitable teaching methods. We are committed to helping our teachers and alumni do the same in schools that aim to increase equity at their core.

In addition to our partners highlighted below, our practices and programming are also informed by many of the workshops offered through the National Equity Project, People's Institute for Survival and Beyond (also known as Anti-Racist Alliance), and the New York Collective of Radical Educators (NYCORE).

Our Alumni Facilitators

Supporting our more experienced alumni also includes helping them design professional learning experiences for others. Continuing to innovate in education, the alumni listed below have piloted their workshops with TR@TC. They've done an amazing job, and we're so proud of them.
