The Global Talent Alliance Unit of The Columbia Coaching Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for the design and implementation of customized solutions for organizations, including coaching education and training programs. The starting point is a discovery process with a focus on understanding client needs, learning about relevant frameworks, models, and tools already in place as a basis for customizing our standard Columbia Coaching Foundations.
