2025 IP Showcase 

 Tuesday, May 6th 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Inviting all ITS students! This is open to both 1st year and 2nd year students in International & Comparative Education and Anthropology programs. It is the best place (for poster presenters) to showcase your work and (for general students) to learn from your peers about the IP development process. The event brings together students and faculty in the program to share and celebrate the hard work of our master's students. We encourage all students to attend the showcase to learn from their peers about the work they have been doing during their time at TC. Please consider participating! Light refreshments will be provided.

If you would like to showcase your IP, please register and follow the instructions in the call for posters below. 

Call for Posters

Calling all ITS students who have written or are completing their IPs this academic year! 

Last Spring’s IP poster session was such a success that we would like to do it again so that you can share your IP findings with current faculty and students. It is the best place to showcase your work and to learn from your peers about the IP development process. 

The ITS IP Showcase poster presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6th from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm in HM 150. Please consider participating! Light refreshments will be provided. 

If you submitted an IP in Fall 2024 or are completing your IP now in Spring 2025, you are eligible to participate. Please fill out the ITS IP Showcase 2025 Registration Form to register your intent to present.

Poster Instructions:

Posters should be 36x24 (or 24x36) inches. Please keep to the size limit to be fair to all.

There are many on-line sites with poster designs and suggestions. You can get your poster printed anywhere, but if you print it at TC Business Services (32 Zankel Hall), we suggest the following:

• Create and save the poster powerpoint in pdf format with the required dimensions.

• Send the pdf to duplicating@tc.edu with instructions or bring it into Business Services on a USB stick.

• Request your poster at least a few days in advance to be sure it can be done in time.

ATTENTION: The ITS department will pay for and print the first 10 submitted posters! Please submit your poster HERE in pdf by 10:00AM, Wednesday, April 30th. Please also make sure you register for the event before submitting. You will be notified by the end of the next business day to learn if you are one of the first ten. If you are not one of the ten or miss the deadline (4/30), you will be responsible for printing and bringing the poster to the event.
