Join the Teachers College, Columbia University Rural Education and Healthcare Coalition for a day-long symposium of virtual panels centered around rural education and healthcare! 

 

Session I

12:00pm-1:30pm ET

Supporting Rural Students In and Out of the Classroom: 

Centering the Holistic Needs of Rural Students

Join us via Zoom to learn about how we can best support rural students from their learning in the classroom to their basic needs outside of school. Speakers on this virtual panel will include:

Session II

3:00-5:00pm ET

Supporting Rural Queer and Trans* Students 

From K-12 Through College

Join us via Zoom to learn about how we can best support queer and trans* students from rural areas, during both their K-12 and higher education experiences. Speakers on this virtual panel will include:
